My iPhone is locked
I forgot my device password and the device is locked. Now I remembered the password, I also have an Apple ID. How can I unlock my device without erasing the data?

You can't you have to reset it using a computer or erase iphone button

but after you reset you can restore with backup if you had backed up before with iCloud
