Camera problem on cinematic mode 3x 14 pro max
My camera has a problem, it shakes like an earthquake after I move the view to the top left in cinematic mode, after updating ios 16.2 on iPhone 14 pro max, is this a software or hardware problem?

For difficulties with your camera, you'll want to take the steps below:
1. Remove any case, accessory, or film that might block the camera or flash or that places a magnet near the camera.
2. Restart your iPhone.
