I bought and IPhone 11 months ago and never used, now I am trying to used it and there is an account with iCloud that do not accept my password of my Apple ID. My Apple ID ends with gmail, the one in this iphone ends with iclod.com.

You've encountered activation lock. It is an anti-theft feature. Only the owner of the account used to lock it can remove the activation lock. There is no way to bypass it.

Someone signed into it with their Apple ID. If you bought it directly from Apple 11 months ago, who else has had access to it since then?
If you did buy it directly from Apple. you can have the activation lock removed by providing the original proof of purchase to Apple. Contact Apple support directly.
Contact the seller and ask about it. If a device is Activation Locked, not even Apple can/will unlock it. If they can’t or won’t unlock it, I’m afraid you’ve been scammed.
