Can’t send photos via text to android users
Got a new iPhone 14 and now I can’t send photos via text to android users. Also can’t text two people at a time.

Picture messages and group texts are both considered MMS.
I'll bet that your carrier is Verizon, right?
They programmed the phones wrong.
You have to call or message them (through the Verizon app) and they'll get you fixed up.
If first person says that it's not on their end, ask for a supervisor.
I had the exact same issue (google/android phones) and they fixed it.
