Notifications for Certain Battery Percentages

Hello everyone! I am a new macos user. My friend set up his iphone so that when it reaches 80% when charging it notifies and plays a sound. He used automation in shortcuts. I was wondering I can achieve the same process on macos using shortcuts or automator. I basically want it so when my battery reaches 25% it notifies + when it reaches 80% when I charge it notifies.

I have a MacBook Air M1.

Something like this? Although you may want to add a conditional that the battery is actually charging when you receive the alerts. But this gets you close.

Yes like that. However, I want it to notify automatically. Is it possible to do so without having to play the shortcut?

There should be a way to keep it running via a sort of loop. It's not obvious how to do that but there is a repeat, wait, and wait to return.
