Clicked on a scam link.

I got send a scam link over SMS and didnt realize it was a scam until I have clicked on it multiple times. Can my phone be affected in any way and could there possibly be malware or virus software on my phone now? I want to browse and login safely without anything taking my accounts or espicially bank information.
