Mac terminal not opening and Mac doesn't shut-down or force-quit

I tried

  • safe-mode,
  • move com.apple.Terminal.plist to Trash And
  • control + shift + enter + turn-off keyboard (like reset? or remove caching?) (it may not exactly right I just wrote from my memory)
  • create new account and in that desktop, terminal works

but also happened like image.

When this happend, mac does not work at 'shut-down' or 'force-quit'. When do it, just background window show and not turn off... so I am just pressing mac-power-switch on the back about 5 seconds? to turn off computer.

What should I do?

Is there any solution or other trial?

I didn't tried only format(reset mac os??), I think it is the last way...time consuming, if possible I don't want to try.

In the Image There is many info and memory-addresses that I don't aware of, If its safe, I'll show all info.

Old issue, new issue, what changed?

You can always force quit a shutdown by holding the power button/TouchID for ~6-10 sec.

Force Shut down your Mac..

Log out, sleep, wake, restart or shut down your Mac

Thank you for your answer.

I know that, but is it natural way? I mean, to force-quit, I presss 5 sec everytime?

The natural force-quit and shut-down is just end from click the keys(in dialog or apple-logo-selector)

And this problem not big thing than not working terminal
