Apple Watch Contacts Issue

Hi. Setting up my child’s Apple Watch SE. Paired it with my iPhone. In Family Share Screen Time it says the ‘Contacts Pending’. How does this get approved? I’ve tried everything and even logged into her iCloud account and no requests found to approve. Thoughts or tips to resolve this??

Hey there LLClements215,

It looks like the request is being sent to the Apple ID that's originally set up on the Apple Watch. You'll want to check that email to accept the request for contact management.

If you are using a Mac, you can use the steps below to respond to contact management requests:

1. On your Mac, log in to your Mac user account, then sign in with your Apple ID.
2. Choose Apple menu  > System Settings, click Screen Time  in the sidebar, then click Requests on the right. (You may need to scroll down.)
3. In the Contact Management Request dialog, do one of the following:
• Approve the request: Click Approve.
• Deny the request: Click Don’t Approve.
