Greetings AndiDandi123,

It sounds like you're trying to play the music on your iPhone through to your new headphones. Check out this link to learn how to pair your iPhone to your new headset: Pair a third-party Bluetooth accessory with your iPhone or iPad.

Pair your device with a Bluetooth accessory
1. On your device, go to Settings > Bluetooth and turn on Bluetooth. Stay on this screen until you complete the steps to pair your accessory.
2. Place your accessory in discovery mode and wait for it to appear on your device. If you don't see it or aren't sure how to make it discoverable, check the instructions that came with your accessory or contact the manufacturer.
3. To pair, tap your accessory name when it appears onscreen. You might need to enter the PIN or passcode. If you aren't sure what your PIN or passcode is, check the documentation for your accessory.

After you pair your accessory, you can use it with your device. To pair multiple Bluetooth accessories, repeat these steps. If you have multiple Bluetooth devices paired with your iPhone or iPad, you can choose which audio source you want to use.

This will help connect to 3rd party Bluetooth devices. If you're using an Apple-branded headset, include the make and model so that others may be able to jump in and offer guidance to support the device you use.

Best wishes!

Hello AndiDandi123,

1 . You need to download your music according to the manufacturers guide. Apple Music can not be downloaded to a non-Apple device, though it can be downloaded to your iPhone for offline play, and will stream to headphones, but it sounds like that option is out. Make sure your product supports audio files, and says it is compatible with macOS Music or iTunes.

2 . If it acts like a third-party music player, purchased music can be synced from iTunes (PC) or Finder (Mac) using the Music app.

Mac: Sync music between your Mac and iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

PC: Use iTunes to sync your iPhone, iPad, or iPod with your computer - Apple Support

You would need to contact the manufacturer and download their guide, and see how they sync music, and using one of the options above, attempt it with only your imported CD's, or purchased songs.

3 . Some devices are not found right away, you would need to try the troubleshooting here: If your computer doesn't recognize your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

4 . To find their info: Contact a third-party vendor - Apple Support

5 . They may even have their own app used to do this: How to contact an app developer - Apple Support

Thanks.
