Why can I not send pictures to non iPhones?

If you are talking about AirDrop then it is definitely not possible as AirDrop is proprietary to Apple devices. You could try sending picture through messaging apps (WhatsApp, Telegram, etc) or through cloud sharing apps (Google Drives, OneDrives, etc).

Sending Photos Through Messaging:


A. Contact your Carrier:

This is a service provided by your Carrier. So, contact your Carrier, if you cannot operate Messaging as intended. If you are not paying this service, then this is just not an option for you.


B. Enable Photos in Cellular:
