Thank you for the reply. Yes I can sync to all my devices however I can not play my music on two apple devices at the same time. For example during the holidays I wanted to play my own purchased music through the Apple Music app in one room to my bluetooth speakers and play a different playlist in another room with another Apple device to Bluetooth speakers in that room Music will shut off in one room. To solve the immediate issue during the holidays I subscribed to Amazon music and and used that service in one room and Apple Music in the other. Apple stated that is correct as the Apple Music app is tied to one account or userid even if my case of my 12,000 plus songs I own you can only play to one device at a time, whether Devices are synced, unsynced, music downloaded locally to each apple device, iPhone,Mac,Pad Pro, even if you are not subscribed to the Apple Music subscription service or not. I offloaded my entire music library to external ssd drives and use one to my MacBook M1 air with the Elmedia player for one room and use another connected to my iPad Pro with then7Player music player. I will keep my annual Apple music subscription, however I will not purchase any more music from Apple as I will buy elsewhere and upload to a alternative cloud service then I can play my purchased music to anything I want.

Hello J1SG70,

To help resolve this issue with your Apple Music, make sure you have "Sync Library" turned on. This will allow you to access your music on all of your devices. Follow the steps from this article:

How to turn on Sync Library on your iPhone or iPad
1. Make sure that your iPhone or iPad is signed in with the same Apple ID that you use with your Apple Music subscription.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap Music.
4. Turn on Sync Library
5. Turn on Sync Library on your other devices.

Follow the additional steps in the article depending on the issue you're having. If you need more assistance, please explain in more detail what happens when you try to play your music. Provide any errors you may receive. This will allow the community to assist you more.

Best Regards.
