A message pops up with a whole article

I don't want to send it - it may come from memory - how do I delete it?

Thank you, Tom

Thank you for the sceenshot.

A. A Few Thought:

Tap at the end of a word and then see if Select All pops up. It sometimes takes a few times it to pop up.*

B. Tap an Empty Line:

Tap return a to make an empty line, and and then tap Select All*

I neither want to send it or to have it (an entire article) in iMessage at all especially as a potentially outgoing

message to send. Where is it coming from? Erasing it is tedious - and it reappears - as if from memory. here’s a screenshot - looks like a work by Joan Didion.
