Regarding eSIM activation & AirDrop

Hi,

I am trying to activate eSIM in my iphone14 pro max. After i scan QR code, it throws error like unable to do activation or unlock to activate eSIM contact network provider.

Also regarding AirDrop, from my iphone i can airdrop files to other iphones but not receive any from other devices. I checked the settings everything looks good.
