Not sure if anyone else is having this problem, but I'm trying to fill out the Apple Podcasts Promotional Request form, but even though I've followed the guidelines exactly, I just can't seem to upload the images as the form always says there is an error. Just wondered if anyone else is having that problem and whether you found a solution?

I did manage to open it in Gimp (GraphicConverter showed only blank). The dimensions are correct: they don't specify a file size but I can't imagine they expect you to stick to the maximum 500kB for ordinary podcast images with such a large image, and yours is 11.6 MB. You could try asking if that's too large. The file is layered, with your picture being the only layer over a blank background: I don't know whether that's what they expect but their sample image has several layers so it ought to be OK. It's not a format I've had dealings with before. I'm afraid contacting Support is still your best option.

I wouldn't have thought you would be limited to Apple products. I you like to post theURL of your image I can just check it, though it's probably as you say. In that case I can only suggeste contacting Podcasts Support: https://itunespartner.apple.com/contact/?content_type=podcasts
Yes I've followed the instructions exactly, but it just keeps telling me that there is a problem uploading. My images meet the requirements completely. Wonder if its because I'm not uploading from an apple product?
Sometimes the Hosts will ban a link to an external file. They've been known to do this with feed URLs, which makes diagnosing problems impossible. Of course your posting your image doesn't help because it's resized by the forum.

As the Hosts have chosen to block the URL of your image (does it contain nudity or something they might object to?) I can't add anything to my suggestion to contact Support.
That's helpful, it was simply a link to my dropbox file. Certainly nothing nude or inappropriate, just a beautiful view of our farm across the North Norfolk Coast.
Yeah, not hugely helpful at all. And you can't post a psd file, which is what they insist on.
