Not everyone needs the Apple Pencil. I use the pencil a lot to mark up documents and screen shots. My Husband, on the other hand, does not have a pencil for his iPad because he would not use it. This article outlines some of the many things you can do with the Apple Pencil. Check it out and decide whether you would use it or not.
