unable to approve ask to buy

when 2 family members signed up for ask to buy try to get an app, I get a notice on my ipad, but my iphone 13 pro no longer provides the notification. so unable to approve most of them. I have cked the setting for ask to buy, and checked family sharing settings, and I only have one apple ID and am signed in the same on both devices. also rebooted my iphone. the contact on my iphone indicates the last notification was received Dec 17, then it just stopped.

Hello tadlow,

Let's use the steps below to make sure that your iPhone is all up to date:

1. Back up your device using iCloud or your computer.
2. Plug your device into power and connect to the internet with Wi-Fi.
3. Go to Settings > General, then tap Software Update.
4. If you see more than one software update option available, choose the one that you want to install.
The Settings app on iPhone showing options to update to iOS 15.7 or iOS 16.

5. Tap Install Now. If you see Download and Install instead, tap it to download the update, enter your passcode, then tap Install Now. If you don't know your passcode, learn what to do.

You can also find those steps in this resource: Update your iPhone or iPad Updating can help to isolate a potential software conflict.

Should that still persist, you'll want to reach out to Apple Support: Contact - Official Apple Support They'll be in the best position to look into this behavior further.

Take care.
