Can you set time limits on Apple TV similar to iPhone

Is it possible to use Screen Time feature to set time limits on Apple TV for our kids? This would be a game changing feature. They each have iPhones and we set time limits for them and the apps they use. It is huge feature for us. I was going to move to Samsung a couple years back and decided not to, because of this. I’m thinking of buying and Apple TV. I can’t find a simple TV console or app that will allow me to limit their time to 1hr per day. Thanks.
