Apple Watch Series 1
I got an Apple Watch Series 1, but in the watch app on my iPhone it says my watch is already up to date and nothing else appears. I tried re starting the process but it’s the same thing every time.

To update watchOS, make sure you're connected to Wi-Fi and start by updating to the latest version of iOS: Update your iPhone or iPad.
Then update watchOS: Update your Apple Watch. If you get an error message, let us know what it says. We'll use that information to guide us further.
