It sounds like you blocked a contact on your iPhone, but are still receiving messages from them on your Mac. We can help.
If your devices use the same Apple ID, blocked phone numbers will be synced across devices, but messages have to be blocked individually on each device. Check out these steps to Block messages in Messages on Mac:
Block messages from a specific person or number
1. In the Messages appon your Mac, select a conversation.
Note: The conversation must be with one person, not a group. Instead of blocking a group conversation, you can leave it.
2. In the menu bar, choose Conversation > Block Person, then click Block.
