Not able to call or receive calls

I have new iphone 13 mini. stopped receiving calls 2 days ago. Checked all settings recommended and all seemed in order. (call forwarding off, blocked calls, do not disturb, etc.)

Power cycle fixed it. Any Ideas what was wrong?
