Turn off keychain popups Big Sur

I have a MacBook Pro running macOS Big Sur 11.6.5 which is getting popups asking for a keychain password to continue. Cancelling them just has them resurface, and the only way to stop them is to do a hard reboot. I have seen fixes for this in the support community, but they all refer to older versions of MacOS with solutions that don't work- there doesn't seem to be a "library" option under the "go" tab in finder. Is there anyone with a solution that is specific to Big Sur? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
