Icloud Drive in Iphone storage
On my girlfriend’s phone ( she has the iphone 8 ) when i go to iphone storage it says Icloud Drive uses 26GB. But when i go to icloud storage it only uses 4.7GB. How is this possible? And how do i fix it?

Looking at the screenshot, it appears that iCloud Photos may have been turned on and the processes have stopped as iCloud has run out of storage. It is also a possibility that she recently downgraded the iCloud storage to 5GB but the data has yet to update.
