Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

Cant sync apps...iOS 10.13.6 Macbook Pro and new iPhone 14. old iPhone 8. Apps from old phone are not transferring to new phone. Tried backing up, tried iTunes but doesn't recognize either phone.

Brand new phone. Can't sync apps...iOS 10.13.6 Macbook Pro and new iPhone 14. old iPhone 8. Apps from old phone are not transferring to new phone. Tried backing up old phone first, also tried iTunes but doesn't recognize either phone. Also tried "Finder" but neither phone shows up.
