Liquid detected but phone is dry
Hello, my phone keeps on saying that the charging pot is wet even tho I did not but my phone near liquid

No guarantees, but this message can sometimes appear if the charging port on the iPhone is clogged with dust or debris. Use a toothpick to very carefully clean the port and finish off with some compressed air.
If no luck, perform a Forced Restart on the phone. Force restart iPhone - Apple Support
There are only two possible results from the Forced Restart:
1) The phone returns to normal operation
2) There is a hardware issue on the phone and it will need the attention of the Apple Store or authorized Apple Service shop.
Realistically, 2) is the more likely result.
