Not possible. Activation lock would be pointless if it was possible to bypass it -> Activation Lock for iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support

If you cannot reset your AppleID password, or recover your AppleID account, you can request an unlock form Apple if you meet their requirements -> https://al-support.apple.com/#/kbase
