Brand new Apple Watch dead

given an expensive Apple Watch, as a gift, it dies while trying to set up over and over again about 30m of battery. No way to charge it. Comes with a magnet. How do I return this POS? Don’t sell things when there’s no way to use them I read that Apple is trying to save the environment by not giving a complete charger. So now I have to purchase one anyway? Now Inhave to pay more money to another company to ship me more cardboard and plastic as well as waste gas in another delivery truck, more man power etc. I would smash this thing to a million pieces if it would work in proving a point. But then again Apple doesn’t care about anything but money….
