IOS proxy problem

The simple version of question is how to set proxy on iphone for using all application through the proxy.

In wifi setting under http proxy, I have set the server and port in manual section and it affected on safari, app store and mail but it is not working for other application such as twitter, instagram, whatsapp, telegram, linkedin, etc.

would you please help me to find a way to set the custom proxy which affect all apps.

please do not suggest restart you iphone, network setting or update the applications because I have done these items and still deal with the problem.
