Apple Watch Ultra Cleaning Process

I know Apples website specifically states to use a 70% alcohol wipe to clean your watch and band, however, I do use a 70% alcohol wipe but also spray a bit of 99.8% isopropyl onto the wipe to soak it a little more to thoroughly clean my watch.

Is this potential going to damage the silicone band over time at all or would it be safe as it evaporates quickly?

Would I also be better off diluting my 99.8% alcohol down to 70%?
