Hello Community,I have this new iphone Pro that i just bought but i am facing a challenge when i want to transfer data from my old iphone after the set up for me option this is Message Error i am getting on the new iphone 13 Pro. see the attached and advise.thank you.

If you are not the owner and do not have the Apple ID and Password then there is no way that you can get into this iPhone unless the original owner shares the Apple ID and password with you. If you are lucky you can get into this iPhone if they (owner) accidentally remove the device from their Apple ID.
Thank you SrvanKrA for your answer however,first time when i transferred the data from my old iphone to new iphone it worked well but due to issues of mobile network i decided to erase the set up start over again and that is where i am now stuck with the error message i attached in the previous message i sent. kindly advise.thank you.
