MacOS High Sierra doesn't connect to iPhone hotspot using wifi or bluetooth

Dear All,

I have just upgraded my iPhone to iPhone13 iOS 16.2.

My old MacBook Pro (13", early 2011) is running High Sierra 10.13.6.

While the Mac connects to iPhone via USB cable with no problems, I am not able to connect the 2 devices using wireless or bluetooth.

Any idea please?

Thanks

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.13
