Apple Watch return request

I buy a Apple Watch Ultra and and Ipad Cover and didn't received the products and the delivery company return the Products to Apple and Apple send the email that they will return my money in 5 workings days through the same method that i buy Credit Card and untill now i didn't received any feedback or money.
