SMS, MMS, WiFi calls, Call Forwarding, Call Waiting, Call Merge, Conference Calls, Hotspot, and VoiceMail (Visual or Normal) all are Carrier Specific features. Contact your Carrier (Cellular Service Provider), the agency that issued the SIM / eSIM to you.

Hi Lawyerabed,

Have you had a chance to confirm that your carrier supports Wi-Fi calling? If not, this would be the best place to start, as this could be the reason you're not seeing the option for it in Settings. This link can be used to verify that your carrier is a supported carrier and that Wi-Fi calling is a supported feature for your carrier: Wireless carrier support and features for iPhone in the United States and Canada. If you're not in the US or Canada, choose your country or region from the options listed on that page.

Cheers.

Apple has no control over a feature or option that is offered by a carrier. Your carrier is giving you the runaround. All that Apple Support can tell you to do it is turn the phone off and then turn it back on.

There is a more sophisticated way to turn the phone off and on.....which you have probably already tried.....but I doubt that it will help.
