I can not make a call with whatsup. I am receiving a message that I am on a call.

I am not on any call using whatsup. But I am receiving a message that I am on a call. Please help me get rid of the message.

Outgoing calls I did not make I have two outgoing calls in my call log from yesterday one minute apart that lasted for 40 seconds. Weird thing is they are to two different cities that I get spam calls from daily. I do not FaceTime or use any messaging apps.
