solitaire stories always starts off at the beginning

In the Apple Arcade game, Solitaire Stories, it suddenly stopped remembering my progress in the game, and I always have to start at the very beginning. This is frustrating. Anybody know how to fix this? The problem is happening on iPhone 13, with the latest iOS.

Hey there terrpy,

Thanks for reaching out to the Apple Support Communities. To get started, have you confirmed that you're signed into your Apple ID in Settings > Game Center?

If so, if having issues with an app not keeping track of your progress, give the steps listed in the following resource a try that can help: If an app on your iPhone or iPad stops responding, closes unexpectedly, or won’t open - Apple Support

1. Close and reopen the app
Force the app to close. Then open the app to see if it works as expected.

2. Restart your device
Restart your iPhone or restart your iPad. Then open the app to see if it works as expected.

3. Check for updates
To see if updates are available for the app, open the App Store, tap your profile icon, then scroll down to see if updates are available. If updates aren't available for the app, update the software on your iPhone or iPad.

4. Delete the app, then redownload it
Delete the app. When you do this, you might lose data that was stored in the app. Then redownload the app. Then check to see if the problem with the app is fixed.

While we understand you're not having issues with the app quitting or not responding unexpected, the steps above can help with troubleshooting other issues with third-party apps as well.

If still having issues after going through the steps above, the next best option would be to reach out to the app developers who may be able to provide some additional information or troubleshooting steps: How to contact an app developer - Apple Support

Take care!
