Move ring not working despite exercise and stand rings being closed

Since early November the move ring is hardly registering activity. Example today Exercise = 89 mins, Stand = 14/12, Move = 30!! I've rebooted and restored factory setting. Anyone else experiencing issues / have a solution?

Hey Purplestripe77,

Thanks for posting in Apple Support Communities. These steps may help to get the Move ring working as expected:

  1. Update both your Apple Watch and paired iPhone to ensure bug fixes and security updates are installed: Update your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support and Update your Apple Watch - Apple Support
  2. Calibrate your Apple Watch to help with accuracy: Calibrate your Apple Watch for improved Workout and Activity accuracy - Apple Support

Let us know how it goes.

Take care!
