Payment error when I tried purchasing something

I can’t seem to find where my Apple Balance went , I tried purchasing a 1 month subscription on tinder using my debit card but I ended up getting an error so then I put the money on my App Store account and it still didn’t end up working .


I don’t have anything as in a purchase when I check out my purchases on the app nor do I have the money back in my wallet . It is neither in my bank account nor in my Apple wallet and I don’t have the subscription on the app . It seems to have vanished .


What can I do to get the subscription or get the money back in my wallet ? I asked for help at the app provider but it ended up being a Apple account problem as I was told
