Can i use anker nano3 65w especially for laptop charging port, for my new ipad pro?thanks

Yes.

No problems.

The iPad internal charging circiutry will only take the amount of charging power it needs and no more.

You’ll need to verify that the Power Adapter supports USB PD (Power Delivery). If not, the maximum charging rate will be limited by the iPad to 12W (i.e., 2.4A @5V).

If the Power Adapter does support USB PD, the maximum charging rate of your iPad Pro will be limited to ~20W - this being the same as the Apple 20W Power Adapter supplied with your iPad.
