Apple Watch not turning on
Why is my watch not turning on before I got the chance to set it up.

Put the Watch on its charger for an hour.
Make sure the charger brick is working on other devices, is in a good outlet and power is on.
If it does not turn on then try force restart
i.e. press and hold both the side button and Digital Crown for at least 10 seconds, then release both buttons when you see the Apple logo.
If you've completed that troubleshooting and the issue is still not resolved, Contact Support.
