NFC not working

Hi,

I am not able to scan using NFC after changing the back glass because it broke for apple iPhone Xs. Before changing it was working. Now its not working. I tried formatting the settings , formatting the phone still facing the same issue. Please find the above attached image for the reference. Can you help me for the solution ?
