Hi there Mmggaa77,

We'd like to confirm more details to better understand what's happening, along with ruling out some possible causes:

  1. We see you're unable to locate your AirPods due to those two messages showing, but are your AirPods in fact lost, or are they with you currently?
  2. If they're with you currently, what occurs when you do tap on the 'Learn How to Finish Setup' option?
  3. If you were able to locate your AirPods in the past, when did this start to occur?
  4. Sometimes unexpected behavior can be resolved with a restart: Restart your iPhone
  5. If you have a compatible iPhone model, the latest version is iOS 16.2. You can verify this within Settings > General > About. In case you needed it, this link shows how to first back up, then Update your iPhone or iPad.
  6. Have you already tried all of the remaining steps in the link above you post since it addresses the issue in your screenshot? Here's the link again just in case: If you get an alert in the Find My app that your AirPods setup is incomplete

Cheers!
