We'd like to confirm more details to better understand what's happening, along with ruling out some possible causes:
- We see you're unable to locate your AirPods due to those two messages showing, but are your AirPods in fact lost, or are they with you currently?
- If they're with you currently, what occurs when you do tap on the 'Learn How to Finish Setup' option?
- If you were able to locate your AirPods in the past, when did this start to occur?
- Sometimes unexpected behavior can be resolved with a restart: Restart your iPhone
- If you have a compatible iPhone model, the latest version is iOS 16.2. You can verify this within Settings > General > About. In case you needed it, this link shows how to first back up, then Update your iPhone or iPad.
