Hi! I’ve recently been thinking a lot about battery health. Since deep discharge is bad and 100% constantly is bad, shouldn’t there be a optimized charging option for those like new that won’t use the pen for hours at times?

Yes but my iPad is also where I store my pen. Unlike the first green pen where the the user decides themselves when to charge, I can’t really stop my pen from charging unless I store it somewhere else which would keep the pen at 100% all the time which long term is bad for the battery.
