My iphone 13 pro max back got cracked from overheating while charging, is there any chance that i can get my phone back get replaced ?
My iPhone 13 pro max back got cracked from overheating while charging but the customer service executives and authorized service center executives were just denying this and considering it as physical damage and won't be able to give service under warranty.
