Hi, for the past 4-5 days I do not receive any type of notifications for FB messenger/instagram. There is no Indicator on the app tiles anymore, no banners on the Lock Screen and no sound when a new message comes through. I have to open the app to see any new messages/conversations. I’ve already ran through multiple “fixes” for this with no luck. Is anyone else experiencing this???

Can you clarify the specific steps you've taken to resolve this?
Just to rule out a few, the first thing we'd recommend checking is the Settings > Notifications page. Scroll to each app that isn't working in the list and and ensure that 'Allow Notifications' is toggled on and that you have banners, sounds and badges enabled to your liking.
These apps may also have notification settings within the app that we'd recommend checking through the app settings for.
Next, ensure that you don't have a Focus currently enabled under Settings > Focus. Depending on your Focus settings, you may not receive notifications while that Focus is enabled.

Also wanted to mention this issue started just a few days prior to the 16.2 update, so I don’t think it is related to that. One other thing I noticed which I originally forgot to mention is whenever I try to view any picture or video in fb messenger group chat that was sent from someone it redirects me to the website version(safari) of Facebook to view it, which has never happened before
