Watch is locked, and I can’t unlock it

My watch seemed to be stuck on the clock face.

when I tried to sort it out via settings on my I phone.

it has been locked, could the battery be knackered?

Hi Cosmic13,

Thanks for posting in Apple Support Communities.

We understand that your Apple Watch is responding and is stuck on the Watch face. Power it off by force restarting to restart the running processes.

"To force restart your Apple Watch, press and hold both the side button and Digital Crown for at least 10 seconds, then release both buttons when you see the Apple logo."

This can be found in Restart your Apple Watch.

Hi My watch seems to be working again.

I messed around in my I Phone settings. Switched the watch off with the power button. When I turned it back on, it seemed to be working.

One problem still remains, it seems to be in one colour( black) but fear messing about with the settings. So I will leave it for now.

Thanks for the reply. It did not work.

I just have a blank screen, each time I touch the screen, a voice tells me the time then says button enter passcode. Even though I can’t see anything on the screen, I enter my passcode. But still nothing, when I go on my I phone settings for my watch, the passcode field says Passcode is locked, please unlock passcode.
