Hi,
I have the iPhone 14 with an original Otterbox case (from iStore), and the original “new” charger (cable+adapter).
I noticed that when I charge the phone with the case, the screen starts glitching, although when I remove the case, it’s all good again.
what is your resolve for that?

Since the issue disappears after the case is removed, there would be something with the case (or even a series of cases) that is causing issues with the screen when being charged. The best thing to do is reach out to the manufacturer for more help since they are familiar with their product.

I don’t think it’s related to the otterbox case, I heard the same issue with other cases as well..
So I think it’s a iPhone problem to solve.
