I don't believe so. as of Big Sur, it became very difficult to install. I myself abandoned soundflower back then in favour of BlackHole Virtual Audio Driver since I didn't feel comfortable recommending something I didn't use.
if you currently have soundflower installed and it has stopped working, you can try blackhole. if you need help in removing soundflower, let me know and I can help with that.

No idea why BlackHole stopped working for you.
BlackHole is the natural successor to Soundflower.
I have used Soundflower for a very long time, but it has been abandoned, while BlackHole has proper support, and one does not have to jump through hoops to install it.
Like jeffreythefrog, I recommend using BlackHole Audio Driver.
I am using macOS Monterrey 12.6. I have Soundflower installed and it works fine. I created a Multi-Output Device using the Audio Midi Setup. I added the Soundflower (2ch) device to the setup, set the MacBook Pro speakers as the Master device and the Soundflower device as secondary.
I don't know if it works on Ventura. Therefore, I am hesitant to upgrade at this time.
BlackHole stopped working on my Mac once I upgraded to Monterrey.
It is really odd. Soundflower has never stopped working on my MacBook. I installed BlackHole on a previous OS. It worked fine. Then I upgraded my OS and BlackHole stopped working. I do not see a DAW setting in System Preferences. And I do not see audio levels in Ch 1 or 2 in the BlackHole 2ch audio setup. Not sure if that matters.
After a system restart I am happy to report that all sound settings worked fine under Ventura on my trusty old macbook.
