I can’t pair my Apple Watch because I lost previous phone. Now is asking me for an Apple ID to unlocked. I dont have access to that Apple ID as well. What can I do

I can’t pair my Apple Watch to my phone. I lost my phone and got a new one. Now is asking for my Apple ID. I don’t have access to that either I created a new one. What are my options ?
