Ultra watch- workouts pausing because of tattoos

Tattoos are a known issue for Watches. Although Apple has tweaked the sensors over the years in attempts to mitigate this, some tattoos are hard for the watch to see through.

No. You can try putting the watch on your other wrist if it doesn’t have tattoos. Or try moving the watch up your arm a little to an area where the tats are lighter.
