giving Ipad and can't log in

i was giving this iPad and I can't log in because it's still synced to that person's device and i can't contact them anymore what can i do to log into my account

You need the AppleID and password used to initiate the Activation Lock.

There is no workaround for the security features of Activation Lock.

If you ever regain contact with the person to whom the iPad is

locked, they need to follow the instructions in this link:

What to do before you sell, give away, or trade in your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support


If you are sure you will never regain contact, recycle the iPad

responsibly. Apple can assist via this link:
