I didn't receive a refund

The transition done to Apple Store Manhattan has been canceled by you on 19th of November 2022 & said you all will transfer the money back to card within two days. I have been paying interest up to now, since then for the same, and no money has been come back to card. Please do not play with our money, which we have to pay a huge interest.Hope you will transfer back my money to card as a reputed Company. Many thanks

Troubleshooting Transactions:


A. For Financial Assistance, Contact Apple Store Support:

You need to contact Apple Support Directly. This is a User-to-User forum. We are all volunteers. So, as you may suspect, no one here has access to that information — and that is a good thing, BTW. That’s why for Financial Assistance, you need to contact Apple Support. They’ll see what’s going on and will run you through the fix.

Apple Contact Info:

  • Contact Us - Choose Locations
  • Proceed from there, as necessary
  • Why the Wait: Phone calls are taking a bit to go through at the moment, due to lots of calls. With the Coronavirus Pandemic, many are at home at the moment, with much time on their hands to contact Apple. So, just stay on the line, and you will get through :)


B. IMPORTANT NOTE:

Keep Personal Info off of these Forums:

These forums are here for everyone out there to view. So, just be certain to keep personal information(Order Numbers) off of these forums and other forums too. Anyone out there can read this info. For your Security & Privacy: I have asked the host to rid of the images you've provided. :)
